Are the licenses genuine?
Yes. Every key we sell is a genuine product key from the publisher or an authorised distributor. Keys activate directly with Microsoft's own servers, and we provide an invoice with every order.

Delivery
How is my software delivered?
Digitally. Shortly after your payment clears you receive an email with your product key, a download source and a plain-language activation walkthrough. Everything is also stored in your account.
Do you ship physical boxes?
No. All products are delivered electronically, which is why we can deliver in minutes and keep prices low.
Licensing
What does "lifetime license" mean?
A perpetual license: you pay once and the software keeps working on that device indefinitely. Security updates continue for as long as the publisher supports the version.
Can I install the software on more than one computer?
Standard licenses cover one device. If you need several machines, add the quantity you need at checkout — each key activates one installation.
Installation
Do I need to remove an older version first?
For Office, yes — uninstall previous Office versions before installing. For Windows, the key can be entered during setup or in Settings → Activation on an existing installation.
Support
What happens if my key does not work?
Contact us right away. We verify the key with the publisher and either fix the activation with you or issue a replacement key free of charge.
Payments
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Card details never touch our servers, and every transaction is encrypted end to end.
Can I get my money back?
Yes — if a key cannot be activated and our team cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. Because keys are digital goods, refunds are not available once a working key has been activated.
How can I pay?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, PayPal where enabled, and bank transfer for business orders.

Can I buy for my business?
