These terms govern purchases from FIVE CODELAB ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them.
Products
We sell digital software licenses. Product keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.
Licensing
Software is licensed, not sold, by its publisher under the publisher's end-user license agreement. One key activates one installation unless the product description states otherwise.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised by our payment provider.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Digital keys that have been activated cannot be returned.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the software.
Governing law
California (USA) law applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from them.
