If your key does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. That is the whole policy — here is the detail.
Eligible for refund
- A key that fails to activate after our support team has attempted to resolve the issue
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake, reported within 48 hours and before activation
- Orders we are unable to fulfil
Not eligible
- Keys that have been successfully activated
- Purchases of the wrong edition where the key has already been redeemed
- Change of mind after a working key has been delivered
How to request
Email service@fivecodelab.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
