- Uninstall any previous Office version.
- Download the installer from the link in your order email (or setup.office.com for account-linked keys).
- Open any Office app, choose Activate and type in the 25-character code from your order.
Windows 10 / 11
- Open Settings → System → Activation.
- Pick Change product key and type in the code from your order.
- Restart if prompted. Activation completes online automatically.
