All products are digital and delivered by email.
Timing
When our automatic delivery is active, keys arrive shortly after your payment clears. Orders that require a manual check — for example high-value or flagged transactions — are processed within 1–12 hours, seven days a week.
Where to find your key
In the confirmation email, on the order page linked from that email, and under My Account → Orders if you created an account.
Did not receive it?
Check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it immediately.
